We’re looking for a Senior Associate Talent Acquisition - Tech to drive end-to-end recruiting processes for technical roles in Brazil, focusing on our Bank and BR Market tribes.
What you’ll do
- Own the entire recruitment lifecycle for NonOps technical positions, including Back-end, Mobile (iOS/Android), and Engineering Manager roles.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of quality candidates to meet hiring targets efficiently.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and structure roles of varying seniority across multiple technical areas.
- Leverage current sourcing and recruiting trends to improve processes and attract top talent.
- Implement strategies to build diverse teams and foster an inclusive workplace culture.
- Manage recruitment projects to optimize processes and support team development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align hiring efforts with the needs of SumUp’s Bank and BR Market tribes.
You’ll be great for this role if

- You’re fluent in English and adept at managing high-volume recruitment for technical roles.

- You have experience with process improvements and are passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes.
