About the Role

We're looking for a talented Senior Tech Recruiter to join Wildlife's Talent Acquisition team!

As a Senior Tech Recruiter, you’ll be a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, driving efforts to find, attract, and hire exceptional talent for technical teams such as Game Engineering and Data Engineering. You’ll work closely with Hiring Managers and cross-functional partners to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience while helping build a team that shapes the future of Wildlife Studios.

This is a hybrid-model position based in São Paulo, Brazil.

What you'll do

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop innovative sourcing strategies to build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for a variety of technical positions.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define job profiles, and align on recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Experience: Deliver a positive and professional experience for every candidate, ensuring timely communication, transparency and feedback.
  • Market Expertise: Stay current on tech recruiting trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Track and analyze recruiting metrics to measure success and optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Diversity Hiring: Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives by developing strategies to attract talent from underrepresented groups.

What you'll need

  • 5 or more years of experience in Recruiting, of which at least 2 are with a focus on technical roles (e.g: Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps);
  • Familiarity with tech stacks, programming languages and technical roles, with the ability to speak confidently with candidates and hiring teams;
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Github;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and peers;
  • Advanced English;
  • Interest in Gaming is a plus.
