We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team!

In this role, you'll play a key part in attracting and hiring top talent across a variety of areas, from technical and corporate roles to early-career programs. You’ll partner closely with Hiring Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless hiring process while also supporting our Internship Program by identifying and engaging the next generation of talent.

What You'll Do

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies with the support of the Talent Acquisition Manager to build talent pipelines for both experienced professionals and early-career candidates.
  • Hiring Manager Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job profiles, and align on recruitment strategies.
  • Internship Program Support: Assist in structuring and executing the company’s Internship Program, including university engagement and candidate experience initiatives.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional hiring journey by maintaining timely communication and transparency.
  • Market Insights: Stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices to provide strategic recommendations.

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years of experience in Recruiting, with a broad range of profiles and industries.
  • Familiarity with different hiring markets, including knowledge of technical and business functions.
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and a data-driven approach to recruiting.
  • Interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced English
  • Experience with university and early-career recruiting is a plus.
