Summary
To role provides technical support in West Africa so as to maximize sales and profit by working with and through a team of technical, sales & Site teams in order to meet the agreed profitability, grow business and offer technical solutions to Heineken breweries and improve customer satisfaction and value addition
Support the Heineken teams through transition activities, customer need analysis, cost optimization, technical advice, champion Innovations, evaluation of the site teams’ technical competencies, presentation and interpretation of data to Leadership team.
Responsibilities Include:
- Carry out technical audits in regional Heineken to support revenue growth as per AOP
- Maintain and improve profitability through product optimization and rationalization in Heineken key accounts as per contract terms and AOP
- Identify skill gaps for the customer and sales teams and recommend relevant training programs to improve competencies in Heineken production teams and Diversey site members
- Troubleshooting at customers sites for the major applications and offer credible solutions
- Propose and work with customers to achieve water, energy and time savings targets
- Champion agreed innovations for Heineken customer sites in the region
Experience:
- Excellent technical understanding of Alcoholic or soft drink manufacturing plant
- Cleaning schedules
- Bottle washing
- Conveyor lubrication
- Brewing CIPs
- Good knowledge in Utilities added advantage
- General cleaning/hygiene best practices
- Water savings projects in manufacturing setup with bottle washers and CIPs
- Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills to customers and senior management.
- Team player able to demonstrate ability to work across different cultures and functions
- Added advantage good knowledge in Diversey/Solenis innovation portfolio for Beverage plant.
