Constrafor is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager to lead and develop a team focused on creating new business opportunities for our Early Pay Program (EPP). In this role, you will be responsible for driving the SDR team’s success, building a steady flow of qualified leads, and setting the standard for best practices in prospecting and qualification. This role will play a key part in growing our sales pipeline by coaching SDRs, refining outreach strategies, and ensuring the team consistently engages and qualifies contractor prospects for the EPP. You’ll be instrumental in guiding and supporting SDRs to excel in their roles and in coordinating efforts with Sales and Marketing to align on growth objectives.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor SDRs in prospecting, outreach, and qualification techniques to achieve and exceed individual and team goals.
  • Continuously improve the SDR workflow and outreach strategy to maximize efficiency, engagement, and lead quality.
  • Monitor and report SDR metrics (such as outreach volume, conversion rates, etc.) to make data-driven adjustments that enhance SDR productivity and success.
  • Oversee the SDR team’s pipeline from initial outreach to lead handoff, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads for the Account Executive team.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to align SDR activities with broader company growth strategies, ensuring cohesive messaging and smooth lead transition.
  • Equip SDRs with the knowledge and skills to present the Early Pay Program effectively and confidently.
  • Leverage sales enablement technology and CRM tools to track team performance, ensure accurate record-keeping, and optimize outreach efforts.

📈 Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in an outbound sales role, with at least 1 year in a management or lead position.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven success in coaching and developing high-performing teams.
  • Experience tracking and reporting team performance metrics.
  • Proven track record in building relationships with prospects and qualifying leads in a high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Driven to achieve team targets and scale growth initiatives.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with limited direction.
  • Experience in the construction or finance industry is a plus.
  • Must be able to work out of our NYC office a minimum of 3 days a week.

💼 What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary of $85,000-$90,000.
  • OTE: $150,000 with a performance-based bonus structure.
