Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Owner to lead and enhance the mobility ordering capabilities in OrderMAX. This role focuses on implementing Hardware Upgrade (HUG), Change Rate Plan, and Change Feature transactions, while driving the long-term vision of a one-stop shop for household offers. The Product Owner will play a key role in ensuring a seamless migration of NBA functionality for existing mobility customers and oversee all phases of development, testing, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Vision and Strategy:
    • Define and communicate the vision for extending OrderMAX capabilities to include HUG, Change Rate Plan, and Change Feature transactions.
    • Align product development goals with the long-term objective of achieving a comprehensive household offers platform.
  2. Implementation and Enhancement:
    • Lead the migration of NBA functionality for existing mobility customers into OrderMAX.
    • Implement new functionalities to present NBA offers to mobility customers on the punch-out landing page and inflow/zone levels.
    • Oversee changes to offer structures and build processes to support NBA offers in OrderMAX.
    • Introduce and manage OrderMAX NBA reporting integrated into existing reporting structures.
  3. Development and Testing:
    • Collaborate with development teams to triage and resolve defects during the defect fixing phase.
    • Ensure all functionality is rigorously tested to meet high-quality standards.
    • Coordinate testing efforts and finalize production deployment.
  4. Deployment and Support:
    • Manage the deployment and launch process, ensuring a smooth transition to production by Q2.
    • Provide ongoing support post-launch to address any issues or pending change requests.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver post-implementation support and continuous improvement.
  5. Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, business analysts, and customer support teams.
    • Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure the delivered product meets business objectives.
  6. Reporting and Metrics:
    • Track and report on project progress, including defect resolution, deployment readiness, and post-launch performance.
    • Analyze data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive future enhancemens.
Requirements

Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, preferably in mobility or e-commerce platforms.
    • Strong understanding of NBA functionality, mobility ordering systems, and reporting structures.
    • Proven experience managing end-to-end product development and deployment cycles.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
    • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

    • Familiarity with OrderMAX or similar order management platforms.
    • Experience in defect triaging and testing processes.
    • Strong knowledge of mobility industry trends and customer experience best practices.

Working Conditions:

  • Type of job: Temporary Contractor – 1 year with the possibility to extend
  • Work hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
