What you’ll be doing
RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Management
-
Contribute to the strategic vision of the products
-
Define stories and identify acceptance criteria

Owns and prioritize the product team backlog
-
Actively involved in establishing the scope of the initiative
-
Work with stakeholders to fully understand business need and defining the requirements

Review and maintain the backlog for Iteration planning
-
Identify dependencies with other product team backlogs
-
Define and approve iteration releases
-
Collaborate on Enablers
Product Backlog Management

Contribute to the roadmap for the SAFe® Agile Release Train (ART)
-
Identify non-functional needs necessary for the delivery of new features
-
Consider IT and compliance elements in the product backlog
-
Prioritize the elements of the product backlog (features and enablers)
-
Determine the criteria for accepting stories
-
Participate in the resolution of various problems in collaboration with the business owners, Product Manager, and IT sectors
Relations with stakeholders
-
Work closely with Product Manager (PM), Product owners (PO), Stakeholders, clients (internal partners), architects, and IT teams
-
Represents the product team in front of stakeholders
What we’re looking for
-
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or business administration or equivalent work experience
-
Five years or more in IT or in an iA Auto business sector
-
Demonstrable experience in supporting Owners and other stakeholders to support business decisions

Demonstrable knowledge in product management
-
Basic knowledge of the principles of design and the provision of Lean and Agile software development

Bilingualism in French (written and spoken) would be an as
