Job Description
You will be joining technically diverse team and will be the driving force behind the strategic implementation, optimization, and management of the HubSpot CRM across our organization. Your role will involve defining and executing a clear vision for how HubSpot's tools can empower our teams to achieve their goals while ensuring seamless integration with other systems. You will act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that the HubSpot ecosystem is fully leveraged to meet business needs and improve customer experiences.
This position requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management. You will lead initiatives to streamline workflows, enhance reporting, and create a unified approach to customer relationship management & marketing automation. As a product owner, you will also advocate for continuous improvement, innovation, and the adoption of best practices to ensure the long-term success of our CRM strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the roadmap and governance framework for HubSpot CRM including Sales, Service, Operations & CMS Hubs aligning with business goals and needs.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders in gathering requirements, translating them into actionable plans for execution.
- Continuously evaluate HubSpot's new features and updates, recommending adoption strategies.
- Lead the design and implementation of HubSpot solutions, ensuring proper configuration of CRM & Marketing tools, workflows, and integrations.
- Determine scope and prepare requirements documents for projects to ensure scope and business requirements are understood and acceptable to stakeholders
- Work as a team member with other technical staff, to ensure connectivity and compatibility between systems
- Prepare detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining capabilities and standard operating processes
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track performance across departments.
- Design and deliver training programs to empower teams to use HubSpot effectively.
- Create documentation and resources to support ongoing education and adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
- Extensive experience with HubSpot (certifications in HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and/or Sales Hub are ideal).
- Proven track record in CRM product ownership or similar roles, demonstrating strategic planning and execution.
- Strong technical understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, and sales enablement tools.
- Experience with API integrations, data structures, and basic coding (e.g., HTML, JavaScript).
- Advanced skills in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Ability in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Ability to effectively participate in multiple major projects or project roles or lead a variety of project team activities/tasks.
- Excellent organization, planning and prioritization skills.
