Responsibilities:
- Manage development of sourcing projects and driving and coordinating with related function teams to meet cost saving target, COGS budget, working capital, supply lead time and raw material inventory management.
- Responsible for exploring and sourcing for new potential vendors/ suppliers.
- Ensure that all purchasing activities are compliance with SOX requirements as well as company policies and guidelines.
- Always update ERP system (SAP) also with connection application and system, (SAP Ariba, SAC) on timely manners (Monthly, quarterly and yearly basis)
- Periodical report the progress of project and works Regional and/or Executive Director of Procurement, also liaise with country business leads.
- Periodical meeting with contract manufacturing or vendor, to ensure that the data or marketing information or intelligent is up to date, and data or information is trustable.
- Liaise with concerned parties both internal and external organization to ensure that the business objectives have been achieved as desired.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any fields
- At least 7 years of experience in purchasing field, preferably in Contract Manufacturing Mgt, manufacturing background is an added advantage
- Familiar with ERP system (SAP), Tableau Report, SAC, SFDC and ARIBA
- Driving license to enable traveling throughout the country if needed
- Good computer literacy; Microsoft Excel (min. intermediate level)
- Passion to handle and interact with change management, service and work independently.
- Good at data analytical, influencing, negotiation, presentation, problem solving and critical thinking
- Good communication skill with internal stakeholders
- Capable to work under high pressure
