Job Description Summary
This will encompass strategic and tactical sourcing, contract administration, vendor relationship management, negotiations, and overall operations for procurement activities within scope. This position is highly visible with internal and external stakeholders and will engage directly with suppliers.

About the Role:
- Procurement Strategy: Lead, mentor, and manage a team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Develop, implement, and optimize procurement strategies aligned with C&W’s goals and objections.
- Sourcing & Vendor Management: Source new suppliers, evaluate capabilities, identify suitable solutions, and work with TDS and Corporate Category Managers to award contracts.
- Cost Control: Design and manage the RFP tender process to support program goals and requirements, includes interpreting contracts and negotiating favorable terms with vendors to achieve savings.
- Process Improvement: Continuously enhance processes, workflows, and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other business documents including adherence to company policy, compliance, and legal requirements.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is required. MBA or related Master’s Degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Procurement & Contract Manager (or similar role) with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, sourcing, and vendor management across APAC.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects of procurement globally. Familiarity with international construction contracts.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
