The Role:

As the Partner Marketing Campaigns Manager for the U.S., you will focus on building strategic alliances with marketplaces, exporters’ associations, and logistics providers. You will create and manage co-branded campaigns that drive customer acquisition, particularly in the high-growth eCommerce and SaaS sectors. This role will work closely with the Director of Partner Marketing to align with Stenn’s U.S. growth strategy.


Responsibilities:

  • Partner Recruitment: Work alongside the business development team to build an audience list of ideal partners and support sales motion to recruit new strategic partners to expand Stenn’s partner ecosystem.
  • Activation Campaigns: Develop and execute Partner Marketing campaigns to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation among partner channels.
  • MQL Generation: Work closely with the Partner Business Development Team to design marketing campaigns that drive high-quality MQLs, aligning with sales objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Manage the end-to-end execution of partner marketing campaigns, including planning, content creation, campaign setup, performance tracking, and reporting.
  • Event Execution: Plan and execute webinars, partner events, and community-building activities alongside strategic partners.
  • Partner Enablement: Provide marketing support to partners, including collateral development, co-marketing activities, and training to ensure they are well-equipped to promote Stenn’s financing solutions effectively.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze and report on the performance of partner marketing campaigns, using data to optimize future campaigns and ensure a positive ROI.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and other Marketing teams to ensure alignment on partner strategies and contribution to company objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, B2B marketing, or a similar role, ideally within the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Marketing Skills: Proven ability to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive MQLs and contribute to revenue goals.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools to measure campaign success and make data-driven decisions.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Creativity: Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative partner marketing campaigns.
