The Position
CallRail is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Partner Marketing Manager, Agency Partnerships to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the success of our agency partner programs, overseeing the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns both to, through, and with our 2,000+ Agency Partners. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and partner management teams to create and deliver compelling marketing programs that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and partner engagement. You’ll ensure seamless communication between the agency partners and our internal teams, and make sure existing partners are fully supported with campaigning and enablement.
What You'll Do
- Campaign Strategy & Execution:Oversee the execution of digital and offline marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content creation, offline events, webinars, and paid media.
- Lead the development, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing programs with agency partners.
- Coordinate and align cross-functional teams (sales, product, and creative) to ensure agency partner campaigns are aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure all partner marketing campaigns and collateral meet CallRail’s brand and messaging standards.
- Program Management:
- Drive demand generation for CallRail’s Agency Partner sales team with partner-driven campaigns, in conjunction with the broader CallRail Marketing team
- Create and maintain partner marketing resource materials, including onboarding guides, campaign templates, and performance reports.
- Oversee implementation and operations with CallRail’s Partner Relationship Management platform, Partnerstack
- Partner Communications & Relationship Management:Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for agency partners, fostering strong relationships and providing support as needed.
- Regularly communicate program updates, product updates, new resources, and promotional opportunities to agency partners.
- Identify and prioritize co-marketing opportunities within our existing network of partners, managing the CallRail Contributors program
- Work with top agency partners to develop co-branded content, joint webinars, case studies, and other promotional materials.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization:
- Define, track, and report on key program metrics to assess the success and ROI of partner campaigns.
- Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis of co-marketing initiatives and ROI for campaigns.
- Manage lead and opportunity tracking from agency-driven activities, ensuring alignment with sales teams for follow-up and conversion.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or demand generation
- Strong problem-solving abilities and results-driven mindset
- Excellent organization, communication, and collaborative skills
- Proven experience in managing complex go-to-market campaigns and working with internal stakeholders
- Solid understanding of B2B marketing principles and experience with lead generation, content marketing, and performance metrics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, cross-functional environment
- A strong sense of urgency to get things done and the attention to detail required to do them right.
- Experience with partner portals, marketing enablement tools, and agency partner ecosystems is a plus.

This position is based out of our Atlanta office and will require that you come into the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
