What you'll do


As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of multi-channel demand generation strategies focused on driving high-quality pipeline aligned with revenue objectives. In this leadership role, you’ll manage Performance and Lifecycle Marketing specialists, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns that advance prospects through the funnel. Collaborating with Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue teams, you’ll optimize the customer journey from lead acquisition to conversion, playing a critical role in achieving TRACTIAN’s high-ticket sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Revenue-Focused Marketing: Develop and execute demand generation strategies aligned with revenue goals, leveraging SEO, Google Ads, and strategic budget allocation to enhance inbound customer acquisition.
  • Campaign Optimization: Plan, execute, and refine multi-channel campaigns, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM), to generate high-value leads and maximize ROI.
  • Lead Management: Improve lead scoring and nurturing workflows to prioritize high-value prospects and ensure seamless handoffs to Sales.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Revenue, Sales, and Product Marketing teams to align strategies and messaging for maximum pipeline impact. Partner with agencies to create detailed weekly/monthly reports, extracting key insights and actionable opportunities for the team.
  • Conversion Boost: Develop and implement initiatives to streamline transitions between pipeline stages, reduce drop-offs, and reactivate stalled leads with targeted recovery strategies.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and analyze key metrics such as CPL, CAC, and pipeline velocity to optimize campaigns. Present performance insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Innovation: Explore, test, and scale new channels and tactics to continuously improve performance marketing outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in Demand Generation or Performance Marketing within high-ticket B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of driving revenue and achieving pipeline goals.
  • Analytical Skills: Advanced expertise in campaign data analysis using tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Data Studio to enhance both inbound and outbound customer acquisition strategies.
  • SEO and Google Ads: Demonstrated success in optimizing SEO and Google Ads campaigns, efficiently managing budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM and marketing automation tools, leveraging data to inform and execute strategic marketing decisions.
  • Revenue Focus: Deep understanding of SQL conversion, CAC, ROI, and high-ticket sales cycles, ensuring alignment of marketing efforts with revenue objectives.
  • Multitouch Attribution: Proven ability to measure, track, and optimize channel performance to maximize overall marketing impact.
