Description:  

Responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms, primarily Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest, by strategically targeting audiences, managing budgets, analyzing campaign performance, and providing actionable insights to maximize ROI for the company.   

Education: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in either Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field a plus. 

Experience:  

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media advertising, or paid media. 
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) Blueprint, or HubSpot a plus, but not required. 

Skills:  

  • Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other social media ad platforms. 
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and data visualization tools. 
  • Understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and conversion tracking. 
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.  

General Responsibilities: 

  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns to meet KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rates). 
  • Participate, and in some cases own, creating content. 
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and messaging to maximize performance. 
  • Build an audience and encourage customer engagement. 
  • Respond to comments on posts in a professional manner. 
  • Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness. 
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy. 
  • Research and identify new paid social opportunities to enhance brand growth. 
  • Monitor trends and platform algorithm changes to stay ahead in paid social advertising. 
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation and reporting. 
  • Generate performance reports and present findings to key stakeholders.
