As the Operations Manager, you will be hands-on and responsible for streamlining operational efficiencies, supply chain, inventory management and fulfilment of orders for YETI Asia. You will be a proactive and organized leader, capable of managing all aspects of the warehouse environment (inbound and outbound), inventory management, process optimization and projects to contribute to the overall success and growth of YETI.
Responsibilities:

Lead the execution of YETI’s Asia Supply Chain, encompassing Third Party Logistics (3PL) providers and regional transportation partners

Drive alignment and standardization to Global Supply Chain’s strategy & initiatives

Serve as primary interface for YETI Asia to ensure superior customer experience across all channels to market

Identify areas for continuous improvement, then design and execute actionable solutions to complex issues to drive rapid results

Develop and maintain key performance indicators for operational activities

Partner with other operational stakeholders (planning, inventory controls, finance, etc) to ensure seamless end-to-end product flow

Manage Asia Supply Chain activities to YETI’s annual operating plan

Effectively report Asia Supply Chain performance to stakeholders and leadership via all communication mediums (presentations, digital dashboards, email, verbal, etc).

Schedule and facilitate meetings necessary to coordinate and manage projects and other related business requirements

Analyze stakeholder needs, identify gaps & risks, then build actionable solution to the business problem

Build constructive business relationships with all stakeholders, including 3rd party vendors

Demonstrate effective planning and effective stakeholder management as well as an ability to set and manage realistic timelines

Serve as primary operational relationship owner for logistics and fulfillment vendors in region
-
Monitor and analyze 3PL metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed

Develop and implement strategies to optimize 3PL operations, ensuring efficiency, quality and cost-effectiveness

Drive initiatives for process automation and advancements to enhance capabilities, cost reduction and continuous improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve productivity and order fulfilment

Create and update SOPs as required

Oversee inventory management and supply chain processes to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize disruptions

Minimize discrepancies and ensure timely order fulfilment

Project manage operational changes and expansion plans

Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards
Qualifications and Attributes:
-
At least 6 years’ experience in a similar role with management responsibilities including ERP/WMS system management
-
Proven experience in warehouse management or related roles, with a track record of successfully leading and developing teams
-
Deep familiarity with operational requirements needed to support multiple business channels (ecommerce, wholesale, retail)

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to juggle multiple priorities at once in a fast-paced, results oriented environment
-
Desire and ability to be a team player who appreciates a unique, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment

Anticipates operational issues and develops preventative measures in advance
