What's on the Menu:
We have a great opportunity to join the Global Engineering Team at Kraft Heinz. As the Manufacturing Technology Manager, you will be in charge of developing Specific Engineering Standards on the continuous production manufacturing side, establishing benchmarks, designing production flows and leading particular Central Capital Strategies. This role will report into the Global Design and Manufacturing Lead.
Key Ingredients:
- Provide technical support to project engineers as requested during equipment build, acceptance testing and commissioning.
- Develop & deploy standardised production flows and equipment for CAPEX projects
- Develop equipment standards and designs to enable Procurement to obtain standard pricing structures
- Evaluate Best Available Technologies and engineering practices
- Post Project Implementation and Technical Peer Reviews
Recipe for Success: Apply if it sounds like you:
- External relationships with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and Engineering service organisations throughout the world.
- Knowledge on food Packaging technology projects and working in a FMCG food production environment.
- Proven knowledge in defining processes and establishing engineering standards for the use in engineering projects.
- Packaging equipment and line design, including the principle of 'V-curve'.5. Understanding of Manufacturing Packaging/Equipments contained within KHC Network, or in a similar FMCG company.
