Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Specialist to audit internal processes and external 3rd party warehouse providers. The Logistics Specialist’s duty is to optimize the process and result of Delta and 3rd party warehouses. It starts from Delta SAP process to regular audit at 3rd party warehouses. Taking ownership of detail by strong logical mindset and objective driven attitude, which are the key elements to be success.
Responsibilities:
- Delta SAP stock accuracy with 3rd party warehouse systems, as an auditor.
- Compliance audit at 3rd party warehouses in person.
- Performance owner of 3rd party warehouses – warehousing, value added activities, resources availability, operation efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Process of Inbound and Outbound shipment
Qualifications
- Full-time position and work in Hoofddorp office, the Netherlands
- 3+ years proven working experience as a logistics specialist for Electronics product in Europe
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in logistics management or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SD and MM process is a must.
- Flexibility of travel within Europe with notice of 1 week.
- Ability to travel in European countries by driving a car with a valid driving license.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Profession in negotiation and collaboration with various levels of communication skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude, attention to detail, work accurately and timely.
