What you'll be doing
Our Market Intelligence team is dedicated to understanding the market landscape and trends that influence our business strategy and execution. We want you to leverage your skills to help us uncover insights that drive decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate market intelligence into business planning and product roadmaps, ensuring that insights are actionable and relevant.

Partner with sales and marketing teams to understand market dynamics, ensuring that our strategies and execution focus are aligned with market opportunities

Collaborate with product teams to analyze market trends and customer needs, identifying opportunities for innovation and product development that align with our strategic goals

Conduct thorough analyses to identify key market opportunities, competitive threats, and emerging trends, translating these insights into strategic recommendations for leadership.

Present findings to senior management and stakeholders, advocating for data-driven decision-making and influencing strategic priorities.

Lead market research initiatives, utilizing both primary and secondary research methodologies to gather and synthesize data that informs our business strategy.
What you bring to the role

Here are some key qualifications we’ll be looking for:

Previous experience in market intelligence, competitive analysis, or strategic planning, ideally within the software or technology sectors.

Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights that drive business strategy.

Familiarity with market research methodologies and tools, including both qualitative and quantitative approaches.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.

A collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively across teams and managing stakeholder relationships.

Intellectual curiosity and a passion for understanding market dynamics and trends, coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

A valid passport, as our team collaborates globally and may require occasional travel for market research or industry events.
You probably hold a college degree in a relevant field, and you have accumulated enough experience to demonstrate your ability to contribute meaningfully to our team.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in management consulting, market intelligence, competitive analysis, or strategic planning.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting findings to stakeholders.

Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
5+ years of experience in consulting or in market intelligence or strategic roles within the software or technology industries.

Experience leading market research projects that led to significant business value.

Proficiency with data visualization tools and advanced analytics techniques.

Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making at senior management levels.

Experience working in international markets is a plus.

Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
