The Segment Marketing & Events Coordinator will help us plan and execute strategic projects to generate opportunities and pipeline.  The Segment Marketing & Events Coordinator will work collaboratively with members of the Segment Marketing & Events Team as well as stakeholders from across the organization to provide invaluable support on the programs our team manages as well as provide ongoing analysis on the health of the sales funnel across segments.

  • Project manage a variety of initiatives for different stakeholders, including the US Segment Marketing Manager, Marketing Events Manager, and Customer Growth Marketing Manager 
  • Own and manage the associations program, including pitching budget allocation for association memberships and sponsorships, executing sponsorship agreements, ensuring sales follow up of association leads, and program tracking and reporting 
  • Support designated sales segments by project managing sales and leadership team requests, executing segment-specific campaigns and initiatives, manually reviewing opportunity sources, and facilitating ad hoc requests 
  • Contribute to the AlertMedia event strategy formulation through ongoing conference, venue, gift, and branded swag research 
  • Manage day-to-day event execution tasks such as registration tracking, post-event follow-ups, logistics, and reporting 
  • Maintain internal marketing campaign pages in Seismic by ensuring pages are up to date with the latest content, messaging, links, and information 
  • Help prepare data analysis and presentations for various recurring cross-functional meetings with marketing, sales, operations, sales enablement, and senior leadership including segment-specific pipeline reviews, specialized taskforce groups, sales team syncs, and more 
  • Audit outbound sales sequences and collections in Outreach to help conduct A/B tests, identify areas for optimization, and refresh language 
  • Facilitate the handoff of various lead lists and campaign resources, including webinar and event follow ups, driving sales action where needed and soliciting sales feedback 
  • Assist on ad hoc projects and requests from the Segment Marketing & Events Team as needed 

 What you bring to the role: 

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Communications but any major will be considered as long as it’s accompanied by an aspiration to contribute to a fast-paced marketing team  
  • 1+ years of prior marketing coordinator or related experience 
  • Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal English  
  • Skilled project manager with the ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines    
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across teams and departments to successfully execute projects that drive pipeline growth 
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail  
  • Team player with the ability to keep key stakeholders informed on project and deliverable statuses at all times
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Knowledge of CRM software (preferably Salesforce), sales software (preferably Outreach), and project management software (preferably Wrike) a plus 
  • English proficiency (written and oral) is required
  • This is a hybrid position (2 days a week) in the Reforma area of Mexico City where you’ll get to collaborate with our engineering team
