About the Role:
The Corporate IT Associate will play a key role in maintaining and supporting LRN’s internal IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure. This role focuses on troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with system upgrades and installations, and providing comprehensive IT support to employees.
Working closely with the IT team, you will receive on-the-job training across various aspects of corporate IT, gaining valuable hands-on experience essential to ensuring the smooth operation of our internal infrastructure.
Please note: This is an on-site position designed to support office operations daily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist end users with the installation and configuration of laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals, and software.
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate unresolved problems to higher-level support as needed.
- Manage Help Desk tickets in accordance with established SLAs.
- Install software, patches, and updates on desktops and laptops.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve IT-related issues.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and client relationship skills while communicating effectively both verbally and in writing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or sufficient experience.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting Windows and macOS environments is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- The base salary range for this role is annually, depending on experience and location.
