Core Responsibilities

Execute Campaigns: Play a supporting role in the execution of internal communication campaigns to enhance colleague engagement at the LEGO Group.

Create and Customise Campaign Toolkits: Support the development of toolkits tailored to reach different audience groups, such as office, manufacturing and store colleagues. This includes designing, editing and customising internal assets such as images, videos, and presentations.

Coordinate Campaign Schedule: Play a key role in coordinating campaign schedules and calendars, ensuring timely distribution of toolkits to communications contacts and channel owners across the LEGO Group. Publish and distribute key communications on internal channels such as our intranet, Viva Engage, digital screens and email campaigns.

Champion the Colleague Experience Brand: Engage internal stakeholders and advocate for our internal Colleague Experience Brand, assisting colleagues in implementing it across channels and assets.

Measurement and Data: Support measurement and reporting efforts to ensure campaign performance is recorded and data leveraged for future campaign planning.

Collaborate with Colleague Engagement Team: Work closely with the Colleague Engagement team to implement feedback processes, including organising focus groups and maintaining the feedback community.

Project Management: Support campaign development with project management, collaborating with agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate video production, photoshoots and events (virtual and in-person) as required.

The Communications Specialist, Internal Communication is a global role that will help shape and evolve the LEGO Group’s global internal communications strategy. You will help inspire change and support the company’s ambition to bring learning through play to more children around the world.
Candidate Requirements

Experience of working in the field of internal or corporate communications with a passion for creating engaging and informative content.

Demonstrated ability to manage publication and posting schedules for synchronized communications across multiple channels.

Experience using SharePoint or similar intranet systems. Proficiency in graphic design and/or video editing, preferably using Adobe Creative Cloud, and skilled in PowerPoint design.

Excellent stakeholder management skills.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office software.

Fluent in spoken and written English.

A self-starter who is confident working as an individual contributor.
