This Opportunity 

We're seeking a talented and motivated GfR Market Manager to join our Architectural team in the Scandinavia & DACH region.

Reporting to the Head of GfR AC EMEA, this role offers an exciting chance to drive growth and optimize the local GfR portfolio.  As the first point of contact for the Scandinavia & DACH market unit, it is preferred that this role is based in Denmark (Søborg Plant or Odense), or Sweden (Hammarby Office).

How you will make an impact 

  • Deliver profitable growth of the market unit GfR portfolio in line with overall EMEA strategy. 

  • Develop and implement the GfR portfolio strategy within the region. 

  • Work closely with Sales to develop and implement core assortments to maximize synergies. 

  • Leverage the ProGold brand in the region according to the Growth Plan. 

  • Lead and coach a team of Product Managers. 

What You'll Bring 

  • Excellent marketing skills with a minimum of 5 years in product/portfolio management. 

  • Experience in leading a team of people. 

  • Ability to develop Market Unit wide strategies. 

  • Strong leadership and commercial acumen, with an ability to influence key stakeholders in multiple functions
