Job Description
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop learning content
- Manage learning platforms that provide our talent with professional knowledge and a unique learning experience
- Ensure quality and satisfaction of our learning experiences by monitoring, measuring and assessing the progress and impact of the different programs, projects and initiatives, and collect feedback to determine areas for improvement
- Conduct learning needs analysis to determine appropriate learning solutions to achieve desired outcomes
- Design, develop and deliver learning solutions (instructor’s manuals, presentations, interactive content, videos, workshops, quizzes and other learning materials)
Qualifications
An experienced instructional designer who feels comfortable using a combination of methods to help people get the best learning experience - but also sees the bigger picture, while being hands-on. You know how to create a syllabus that will be the best fit for your target audience, and how to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to make sure that the learning program meets the business goals. You’re an ever-learning person with excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew. You have the ability to self-manage, work well independently and prioritize effectively, and are passionate about being a part of the ever-learning, ever-growing culture of R&D excellence at Wix.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in instructional design, educational technology, social sciences or a related field.

2+ years of experience as an instructional designer, or at least 1 year as a trainer combined with at least 1 year as an instructional designer.

Some experience in the high-tech industry is preferred.

Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design methodologies.

Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
