Le Groupe STANLEY BLACK & DECKER recherche pour l’une de ses filiales industrielles spécialisées dans la fabrication d’outillage à main (tournevis, clés mâles et assemblages) pour les professionnels et les particuliers, un Ingénieur Projet et Amélioration Continue pour son site de production d’Arbois.

                       

Missions :

Rattaché(e) hiérarchiquement au Responsable Production, vos missions principales seront de :

Identifier les axes d’amélioration et accompagner les actions de progrès, dans le respect de la réglementation et des règles d'hygiène, de sécurité et environnementales :

  • Mettre en place et suivre des indicateurs de performance de process
  • Elaborer et suivre des plans d’action de progrès
  • Déployer les méthodes d’amélioration continue afin d’optimiser l’ensemble des process
  • Animer, coordonner, suivre les chantiers d’amélioration et de résolution de problèmes
  • Identifier les besoins en formation sur les outils et méthodes d’amélioration continue et mettre en place les formations pour les salariés
  • Participer à l’intégration de nouveaux équipements ou modes opératoires
  • Gérer le budget du projet d’amélioration continue
  • Piloter l’information et la communication sur les actions d’amélioration continue

Gérer des projets sur les procédés existants :

  • Mettre en œuvre l'amélioration de rendement et d'efficacité des process (SMED, TPM, Kaizen)
  • Déployer des outils du Lean management
  • Gérer les outils de production (investissement, réception, calcul de rentabilité et capabilité)
  • Superviser les tests et essais de fabrications
  • Qualifier les équipements
  • Gérer les modifications produits ou demandes spéciales des clients
  • Piloter les projets de productivité (management de projet)
  • Transmettre les compétences à l’ensemble des collaborateurs

Profil :

De formation Bac+5 Ingénieur, vous justifiez d’une première expérience significative en milieu industriel.

La rigueur et l’anticipation font partis de vos qualités.

Vous maitrisez l’outil informatique (Excel), POWERBI serait un plus.

Un niveau d’anglais opérationnel est exigé pour réussir dans la mission.

Rémunération : 36,6 – 46 K€ en fonction de l’expérience
