In the airline industry, Offer Management is a very strategic area with massive investments. In particular, optimizing the offer pricing through advanced Revenue Management or Dynamic Pricing techniques, which we offer at Amadeus, is of utmost importance to the success of airlines. In this area, a single decision or automated action can either mean profitability or significant loss. The discipline remains complex with advanced scientific concepts and requires dedicated support from the system provider to ensure airline customers
Main Responsibilities
Common Accountabilities:

Has working experience and advanced and specialized technical/functional knowledge in their discipline. Understands how their area contributes to the business. Acts as a reference for colleagues with less experience and supports less experienced team members.

Influences decisions related to their activities, anticipating dependencies and consequences in complex scenarios, contributes to transversal projects, proposes improvements to processes, and is accountable for their and the team's commitments.

Works independently within the plan outlined by the manager, with some guidance on the most complex situations.
Specific Accountabilities:
Solution Definition & Implementation:

Be involved in pre-sales or upsell activities.

Responsible for planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems.

Scope and size the project, define deliverables. Involve and coordinate PDA (Product Development and Analysis), DEV (Development) teams when gaps are identified. Coordinate the activity of other technical consulting analysts for significant projects/services. Define action plans and guidelines.

Conduct in-depth reviews of client business activity including processes, tools, skills/knowledge, organization, structure, strategy, and objectives. Understand a broad spectrum of the company's technology to deliver part of a detailed technical design that meets customer requirements.

Assist customers in solution definition and implementation.

Monitor the business impact of implemented actions on business performance and efficiency and identify additional improvement opportunities.

Provide detailed feedback on the clients’ daily usage of the systems and on identified limitations to Product Management and Product Definition teams.
Management and Product Definition Teams:

Help sustain the quality of the products, as used by our customers, hand in hand with Product Definition and Developer teams. Influence the internal product evolution based on feedback collected by translating customer needs and feedback into detailed business requirements.

Go beyond their domain of expertise, embrace a wider scope. Investigate all the impacts on Amadeus Solutions and Products that are provided to clients and ensure that they are properly handled and solved by the accurate teams.

Conduct in-depth reviews of client business activity including processes, tools, skills/knowledge, organization, structure, strategy, and objectives.

Build a network of Points of Contact (POCs) in various functional areas.

Demonstrate high quality and act as a model for job-related activities.
