Role overview

We are looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to develop and grow a network of influencers, creators, affiliates, and brand ambassadors for Calo. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in influencer marketing, with expertise in building relationships from scratch, including identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships. This role requires strategic thinking, creativity, and strong communication skills to execute and optimize influencer campaigns across social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with Calo’s overall marketing objectives
  • Identify and build relationships with influencers who resonate with our target audience and embody our brand values
  • Manage all aspects of influencer partnerships, including outreach, contract negotiations, content planning, and providing feedback
  • Track and report on campaign performance, focusing on key metrics such as engagement, reach, and ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including social media, creative, and growth — to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing 
  • Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective execution

Ideal Candidate

  • Prior experience as an Influencer Marketing Manager or in a similar position
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices, especially for influencer-driven content
  • Understanding of influencer marketing strategies, including relationship-building, negotiation, and campaign execution
  • A creative thinker with excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills
  • Passion for social media and content creation, ideally with personal experience in creating content
