Responsibilities include overseeing budgets, leading the local marketing team, collaborating with sales, and driving digital marketing initiatives to engage customers and partners effectively, while ensuring continued innovation in campaign execution.

Working closely with the Regional Country Manager and the local management team, you will be responsible for the creation and management of integrated marketing programs that meet the local and regional business needs within the corporate marketing goals, policies, and processes. This includes the management of the programs with their budget from concept to post-campaign follow-through, with timely performance management reporting through-out. The dynamic and growing region currently focuses on UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and India. 

Key Objectives

  • Increase awareness of, and interest in InterSystems and its products and solutions among non-customer end users and partners

  • Improve internal communications, to increase employee’s awareness of: InterSystems Corporate strategy; the accomplishments of InterSystems and its staff; and our agreed propositions
  • Practice continuous innovation. Especially in the provision of marketing services. Such as apply GPT AI for creative and operational use, within the company policy and processes, to improve the quality; automation; creativity, and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. And, to create novel, memorable experiences for prospects, customers, and colleagues

ResponsibilitiesManagement

  • Work with the Regional Marketing Director and corporate marketing teams to devise and execute marketing plans with management approval, for campaigns that meet the local and regional business needs that are compatible with the corporate marketing strategies, goals, plans, and reporting
  • Deliver a professional, high-quality marketing service to the local business to support the achievement of target revenue and other business performance indicators, and especially long-term customer satisfaction
  • Manage the local marketing team, budgets, and agencies required to deliver the marketing service

Teamwork

  • Work collaboratively with local and international colleagues to achieve, within budget, the corporate and local marketing plan objectives
  • Work closely with local Management and Sales teams, and all other relevant teams to maximize prospect and customer: success; engagement; collaboration; product and services adoption; and advocacy 
  • This will require office-based work and local and international travel to maintain personal business relationships with appropriate customers, colleagues, and agencies

Campaigns and Marketing Services

  • Generate, qualify, and handover Leads to Sales to the agreed objectives and key results
  • Support colleagues, partners, and customers with appropriate communications and marketing services and assets to assist them with their communications, solution adoption, and community nurturing
  • Manage updates to the website with fresh content and promotion materials on a regular basis, and drive traffic to the local and corporate web sites using appropriate campaigns, processes, and tools
  • Use digital marketing to synchronise the buyers’ journey with InterSystems sales processes, i.e., SEO optimisation, Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube advertising, etc.
  • Manage authentic and relevant social media communications for customer and prospect engagement, e.g., resulting in regular increases in the number of curated Followers on LinkedIn
  • Manage localization of corporate collateral and production of relevant local collateral 
  • Manage industry and InterSystems’ local events and participation, and or support third-party events from concept through to follow-through activities with appropriate budget and performance management reporting. Including tradeshows, conferences, seminars, webcasts, customer Go-Live milestones meetings, and User groups
  • Gather continuously market information to ensure that the local management, Regional Director of Marketing, VP of Marketing, and corporate Marketing teams are fully aware of opportunities for enhancing InterSystems brands

Additional Management

  • Manage the local contact databases and marketing automation tools to ensure that they remain complete and accurate at all times, and compliant with company processes and policies, especially as regards regulatory compliance, i.e., ensuring transparency, consent, and governance of personal data according to GDPR and other local laws.
  • Maintain the required narrative and statistics for timely and informative performance reporting, for feedback and planning with marketing management and colleagues, and local management
  • Monitor the work of the local marketing team and agencies to achieve goals to the agreed quality standards within the agreed budgets
  • Undertake appropriate self-development and training, and manage the same for the local marketing team

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications 

  • 5+ years prior experience in a comparable marketing role, ideally for marketing communication for software technology, in health informatics for the acute health and care market
  • Proven experience in marketing communications, creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns and programs, and brand development, with performance reporting
  • Proven experience in managing marketing agencies relationships (PR agencies, design agencies, etc.) 
  • Relevant degree qualified or equivalent industry experience
