As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing HR functions and ensuring smooth operations within the organization. This position often includes tasks such as recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll management, benefits administration, compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

This position will be based in our Guadalajara, Mexico location and is a four (4) day in the office requirement.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Assist with our Talent Acquisition team on recruitment initiatives and facilitating orientation sessions and onboarding new hires.

Payroll and Benefits Administration:

  • Assist with payroll and benefits inquiries and any Company benefit program roll out.

Compliance with Mexican Labor Laws:

  • Staying updated with the Federal Labor Law (Ley Federal del Trabajo).

  • Ensuring the organization meets legal standards for contracts, terminations, and benefits.

HR Administration:

  • Manage HR administrative tasks such as record-keeping or other assigned tasks.

Employee Relations:

  • Addressing workplace conflicts and grievances working with HR HQ.

  • Promoting employee engagement initiatives.

HR Policies and Procedures:

  • Developing, updating, and enforcing HR policies in alignment with company goals.

  • Providing guidance to management on HR best practices.

Training and Development:

  • Coordinating training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

  • Monitoring the implementation of training plans.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years in HR roles; familiarity with Mexican labor law is essential.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
