Position Summary:
The Graphic Design Manager will lead and manage the design team, oversee creative projects, and ensure the delivery of high-quality visual content.
Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the design team, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to team members.

Develop and implement creative strategies to meet the company's objectives and branding guidelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on design projects and deliverables.

Oversee the creation of visual assets, including graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.

Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or Art Manager in a creative agency, or BPO, or similar environment.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.

Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative solutions.

Knowledge of print and digital design principles.
