As a Finance Manager, you will manage Israel finance operations and also be the Company's Global Controller, responsible for financial and operational control and efficiency through managing financial processes and information systems. Responsibilities include accounting, reporting, audits, tax reporting, and manage the finance team of accountants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial process, controls and operations for all group companies including consolidated reports.
- Oversee financial systems, including Priority and integrations to ZOHO CRM.
- Finance Business Partner for Operations, R&D and S&M.
- Monthly and Quarterly financial reporting activities, to local management, auditors, authorities and shareholders.
- Manage corporate cash, group companies’ collection and FX hedging processes.
- Responsible for group companies’ budget and cash flow planning.
- Collaborate with Operations and sales teams to manage cost accounting and inventory levels.
- CPA (IL)
- 5+ years in a Finance Manager/Controller role within global companies (solo/ local and consolidated reports).
- Experience with hardware manufacturing and software services - Must
- Experience with revenue recognition according to accounting policies and calculation of revenue adjustments.
- 3+ years experience with budget and FP&A.
- Experience from Big 4 accounting firm in Israel.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Priority ERP system and CRM system, and multiple collection systems.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on decision-making and problem-solving.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience with management of accounting teams
