About the role:
As the Finance manager at Zamp, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic financial initiatives. You'll be responsible for overseeing various financial functions with a strategic lens, including financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, entity planning and structuring, and product pricing. Your insights and strategic thinking will directly contribute to Zamp's growth trajectory and market positioning in the fintech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with Zamp's long-term goals and market positioning
- Lead the FP&A function to drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Develop financial models to support business initiatives and assess performance metrics
- Evaluate potential M&A opportunities and conduct financial due diligence
- Assess and optimize Zamp's corporate structure for efficiency and compliance
- Evaluate tax implications and implement strategies to minimize tax liabilities
- Coordinate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Work with Product and GTM teams to develop pricing strategies for Zamp's products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing strategies with product value proposition and market demand
