As Category Specialist, you will work with the category manager in order to run all category management programs in Red Bull Brazil. Help to execute national and international strategy and enhance energy drink development in Brazilian market, always targeting more value for the category, increasing per capita consumption and making energy drink a better business for our customers, through sales, profitability, stock and overall results.

Category Management:
- Execute projects with top customers and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Attend meetings to improve category performance and support Key Account Managers for non-top customers.
Business Insights:
- Enhance sales performance through process development and manage data providers.
- Identify opportunities, conduct sales analysis, and develop channel-specific strategies and business plans.
Leadership in Category Management:
- Lead customer interactions with Red Bull during the category management process.
- Ensure ethical, transparent relationships, separate from commercial negotiations, and maintain confidentiality.
Market Tracking:
- Map, analyze, and structure information on the Energy Drink market.
- Update Red Bull on category behavior and support Key Account Managers for non-top customers.
Qualificações
Marketing, business administration and other similar graduation is required.
Advanced English is required.
Experience in consumer goods and direct contact with market indicators, replenishment, planograms and shopper behaviour.
Commercial experience is a plus.
Leadership, ownership, motivation and team skills.
Strong analytical, logical, time planning, strategic and communication skills.
