The hired candidate will support the engineering staff with various directed energy related tasks, propagation modeling & simulation, thermo-physical analysis, test support, data analysis, and report generation. Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a project group are required.
Required Skills:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or Physics
• Minimum 3.3 GPA (GPA must be listed on resume to be considered)
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance
Desired Qualifications:
• Understanding of lasers, optics & propagation physics
• Programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, C
