What You’ll Need: 

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering
• Rising Senior
• The ability to demonstrate relevant skills and experience required for the role
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to effectively communicate issues and solutions to all levels of the team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Desire to focus on active electronics and passive components in communications systems
• Interest is wireless theory as it applies to wireless communication systems design

Compensation: 

• $22.00-$27.00 per hour, commensurate with relevant experience and educational background 

Work Hours/Length of Program: 

•  The internship will run for 12 weeks from May to August 
• Temporary Part/Full Time, targeting 40 hours per week 
• Exact start and end dates are flexible based on school schedules and the needs of the business 
• This is a paid internship 

Working Conditions and Physical Demands: 

This position is based on our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and involves working in a manufacturing environment/general exposure to a manufacturing environment. The environment may involve exposure to noise, temperature fluctuations, or other factors. Employees are required to abide by PPE guidelines while on site.

• Successful completion of a drug screening and a physical exam is required for this role 
• This position involves regular walking, standing, sitting for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking. 
• May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching. 
• May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment, and viewing computer monitor for extended periods of time. 
• Involves manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. 
• May involve moving or lifting items up to 50 pounds
