Pernod Ricard is looking for a Global E-Commerce Apprentice from September 2025 to August 2026. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).
You will assist the Global Ecommerce Team deliver key ecommerce projects across the group across 3 pillars: Business tracking, Projects adoption and Implementation. You role will be to help accelerating the deployment of new tools, processes and mindset and to elevate Group capabilities in gathering and sharing best practices
Your key missions:
Support the Global Ecommerce Team in delivery of key projects & implementation in Markets
- You will support tracking adoption and reporting key indicators of project implementation
- You will help answering specific needs from the markets
- You will support key commercial projects information gathering & communications across International Markets projects including profitability studies, ecommerce maturity measurement & portfolio analysis.
- You will conduct data analysis on business performance in ecommerce and present the outputs to business stakeholders
- You will work on helping the business in creating optimized ecommerce images & content to drive online conversion that drives sales
- You will work with third party agencies and key stakeholders to help drive the ecommerce growth agenda
Drive and enhance the Global Ecommerce community
- You will organize the community meetings (e.g. Sub-Channels strategy meetings, Project webinars etc)
- You will support in collecting and sharing information & best practices across Content, Data and Commercial execution projects
- You will animate the community around monthly communications (e.g. Newsletter), Shopper insights presentations, and Business performance reports
Participation to Global Ecommerce team transversal activity
- You will contribute to the Ecommerce strategic roadmap definition
- You will promote and develop existing Ecommerce tools to smaller affiliates
- You will assist in transversal projects such as Ecommerce projects & Market Sales Data collection
- You will contribute and help organizing Ecommerce summits

- You are completing a degree in Business Management
- You are results driven, with proven attention to detail
- You have excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- You have good communication skills adapting to different functions and levels
- A previous experience in Data Management & / or Ecommerce is a plus
Please note: to apply, you must be able to complete a 12 month apprenticeship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.
