Our Human Resources Team is looking for a dynamic Internal Communications Manager to lead internal communications, engagement, and corporate social responsibility. The role involves developing strategic communication approaches, coordinating CSR projects, and enhancing workplace community through data-driven insights and innovative initiatives.


You will curate engagement metrics to inform decision-making, provide targeted team guidance, and drive organizational culture transformation. By implementing green strategies and empathetic communication, you'll create a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.


Reporting to the Chief People and Culture Officer, this Paris-based position requires 1-2 days of weekly in-office presence. We seek a passionate communicator committed to meaningful workplace evolution.

Within one month, you will:

  • Meet the team and explore Trello
  • Learn to navigate Convexity, our working environment 
  • Define your roadmap and OKRs 
  • Become familiar with our vendor T&Cs
  • Shadow your first employee event / content development

Within three months, you will:

  • Develop and deliver the overall internal communications strategy in partnership with the team to build a best-in-class internal communications function, which helps to create a better employee experience and delivers the business’ strategic priorities and objectives, in line with the Convexity framework
  • Use a multi-channel approach to inform and inspire colleagues on business plans, priorities, outcomes and successes, with an emphasis on storytelling and two-way communication
  • Contribute to the efficient functioning of the Paris office
  • Start drafting first green initiatives

Within six months, you will:

  • Work to improve employee engagement scores in partnership with the Chief People and Culture Officer, HRBPs through the delivery of effective employee engagement action plans
  • Be data-led (Lattice, Zoom feedback, Hibob, Perf review) - strengthen a culture of using insights and measurement to inform communications strategy and practice
  • Work along with the legal team on the action plan for Green initiatives
  • Be the heart and soul of our office, whether onsite or remote

Within twelve months, you will:

  • Design and deliver an ongoing engagement program, enabling strong understanding, advocacy and participation in the ownership and delivery of strategy 
  • Operate using knowledge and context from key stakeholders and with a global lens to deliver the right business outcomes through effective internal communications Contribute to the Employee Resource Groups on Inclusion & Diversity, Green incentives as well as Convexity Committee.
  • Build a network of colleagues across the whole company, who can contribute to the development of great content and the delivery of impactful communications
  • Be able to propose strategic employee engagement initiatives

The Skill Set:

  • Ability to lead internal communications and employee engagement delivery
  • Emotional intelligence, interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Keen to constructively challenge and ensure excellent two-way communication
  • Resourceful, inventive, self-motivated, and able to lead and influence others
  • Creative, and curious to enable the best business outcomes
  • Native French or English (minimum fluent English proficiency - level C1 or higher)
