Mirakl is looking for a Customer Marketing Apprentice , reporting to the Senior Customer Marketing Manager in EMEA, to oversee activities. This role will support the management of customer events & advocacy engagement and marketing to customers programs.
Customer Marketing at Mirakl is a multicultural team, focused on driving global awareness of the Mirakl brand and growing customer base (new logos, GMV growth, upsells, and renewals) with great stories told by strong customer advocates.
The team achieves this through a mutually beneficial exchange between Mirakl and its existing customers. Customer Marketing goes beyond traditional Customer Marketing roles by providing more opportunities for personal brand visibility, peer connections & learning, and business insights to Platform Pioneers throughout their platform journey. While delivering value to Mirakl customers, this team will develop deeper customer knowledge and relationships to identify new opportunities to tell strong stories across channels and in the field. Through this approach, Mirakl will ensure that customers remain the “North Star” at the center of all its marketing activities.
Your missions:
Marketing to customers
- Create and send marketing emails to customers: Product trends email, product feature release email, newsletters -- segmented by selected audiences and regions (French news to French customers).
- Support Customer Marketing with Customer Success in planning and execution of customer webinars and events
- Report marketing campaign activity results to stakeholders (Customer Success and Marketing)
Sales enablement & Advocacy
- Customer knowledge management: Organize & validate existing customer content, identifying opportunities for new/refreshed stories (including logos usage & customer dossiers)
- Source and refine new customer stories through joint client PR, videos, insert slides and case studies.
Community Events
- Support Customer Marketing in coordinating customer community roundtables & Advisory Boards -- creating campaign elements and managing the events on an operational side
- Plan an instrumental part in the execution of Mirakl’s Summit World Tour throughout Europe in the spring of 2026, helping the wide EMEA Growth Marketing team as whole.
You are the ideal candidate:
- A previous experience in Marketing is a strong plus
- Strong command of language and written communication both in French and English, other languages like Spanish or German is a plus (multicultural team)
- Demonstrated success in event or project management
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Creative-minded, with an aptitude for designing emails and contents
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with multiple teams and represent the company in a positive, professional manner
- Currently looking for a 1 year apprenticeship opportunity in Marketing starting in September 2025
