Lead and deliver the short/mid and long-term growth strategy of the Chocolate Category driving Category Growth, enabling an improved customer relation, driving E2E portfolio and brand strategies, securing executional excellence (consumer, shopper, customer). Coach & develop a team of 12 marketers.
How you will contribute
Working with other internal stakeholders, you will support the brand portfolio strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric brand portfolio growth. You will develop annual plans, setting objectives and allocating resources. In addition, you will offer recommendations for integrated commercial plans, develop and execute marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts, and share objectives. Based on your deep consumer insights and brand positioning, you will develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.
Key responsibilities :
- Head of the Chocolate team ($330M, 15 ppl), responsible for Category growth, Portfolio/Brand strategy and co-leads the Customer (Trade) marketing aspects of the multi-segment Chocolate cateogry (Tablets, Seasonals, Confectionary) which should drive the growth (idx 200 vs Bakery) in the French V30 ;
- Member of the Marketing Leadership team and the French extended Leadership team ;
- Manages and develops a team of 15 FTEs (12 permanent FTEs + 3 trainees) ;
- Co-leading the total French and total marketing engagement agenda ;
- Represents France Chocolate in critical MEU meetings (BDM, GATs, etc) ;
- Delivers annual financial targets (owning the P&L) and manages the category A&C ;
- Defines, develops, and oversees the Brand and Portfolio strategy in line with the overall Mondelez business strategy and financial targets for short- and long-term period, to drive mid single digit year-on-year growth for the category ;
- Constantly Identifies major business growth opportunities and influences tthe organization and senior stakeholders to get the right level of support and resources to exploit these opportunities. This includes building the Seasonals business ;
- Builds and maintains strong connections with senior stakeholders, including Marketing Heads in other Commercial Units/hubs.

- '15+ years exerience & Sales experience as a strong advantage
- Former experience in FMCG companies (matrix & international environment preferred)
- Experience in managing large & complex businesses, P&L ownership
- Large teams management
- GM profile, E2E business approach & lead for impact and strong drive for results
