Responsibilities:

Freudenberg Sealing Technologies (FST) is seeking a dynamic Director Strategic Business Development to drive business expansion and foster sustainable growth. As a Director Strategic Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in building business and bringing innovative ideas to life on an operative level.

Your Impact:

  • Market Opportunities: Conduct in-depth research to identify and assess new business opportunities, contributing to strategic growth in automotive, sustainable mobility, and green energy sectors.

  • Prospecting & Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a dynamic pipeline of potential clients and partners through diverse channels, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities.

  • Strategic Planning: Create comprehensive business plans, including market entry strategies, growth initiatives, financial projections, and risk assessments.

  • Business Development: Lead client projects with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution while optimizing sales processes and driving overall performance.

  • Market Strategy Execution: Design and implement data-driven market strategies to drive business expansion and maintain an goal-oriented edge.

  • Portfolio Optimization: Manage and enhance the existing portfolio, proactively identifying new opportunities to adapt to evolving market conditions.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field.

  • Relevant experience in business development.

  • Fluent in (written and spoken) German & English.
