Drata is looking for a Demand Generation Manager - Paid Media to join the company. This person will be a key member of the growing marketing team at a fast-growing, B2B SaaS startup.
We’re looking for someone who identifies as a ‘doer’ and is comfortable executing and helping Drata achieve its growth goals - from developing paid media campaigns, to editing ad and landing page copy, designing and implementing buyer experiences, and more. This role will report to Drata’s Director, Demand Generation.

What you'll do:
- Develop and manage paid and performance media campaigns across North America and priority international markets on digital channels including linkedin, twitter, facebook, paid search (Google/Bing), 6sense, YouTube, and more.
- Consistently drive pipeline and customer growth, quickly implementing best practices to identify and acquire new customers.
- Draft and edit copy for ads, social media, website, and landing pages that speaks to Drata’s core value propositions and align to key differentiators.
- Oversee the management and flawless execution of each external agency to achieve qualified pipeline, cost per opportunity, and efficiency goals; ensuring priorities are clear, data is validated, performance is tracked, and goals are achieved.
- Work hand-in-hand with key internal stakeholders, identify new channels and markets that present an opportunity for growth; formulate a plan for success and manage the implementation of the plan while constantly testing, measuring, and optimizing.
- Partner with Marketing Operations on reporting and pull analytics that reflect contribution to company goals, as well plans for improvements to achieve channel targets.
- Own testing and experimentation with various paid channels, audiences, messaging, content, and buyer journeys, and foster continuous learning.
- Develop and manage annual paid digital marketing budget across multiple paid channels and markets to ensure optimal performance and ROAS.
- Partner with internal teams to build account-based campaigns, utilizing targeted demos, case studies/use cases, display ads, and search ads that seamlessly work together to target the right personas in the right industries.
- Execute (and contribute to the building of) marketing strategies and plans.
- Work with sales, csg and other departments to develop assets and ensure quality lead delivery, follow-up and more.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to create and optimize email campaigns and landing pages for all stages of the funnel.
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years of demand generation, paid media, paid search experience, preferably at a high-growth SaaS company or agency, with experience directly driving paid media in global markets.
- Experience using google analytics, google adwords, linkedin campaign manager, 6sense, and other core platforms.
- Solid understanding of best practices to drive direct response through paid digital marketing with an understanding of specificities by both channel and market.
- Experience with CRM, databases & email automation tools, which may include HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense and more.
- Demonstrated history of collaboration and partnering with cross-functional teams, including sales, sdr, customer success group and more
- Highly strategic, entrepreneurial, and data driven with a growth-driven mindset.
- Must be a self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment

This role will receive a competitive base salary, benefits, and stock, typically in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The applicable salary range for each US-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers based on the cost of labor for that geographic area. The expected salary ranges for this role are below, subject to change.
Tier 1: $141,900 - $175,200
Tier 2: $127,700 - $157,700
Tier 3: $113,500 - $140,200
