ANS is seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our Professional Services team. This role is integral to our delivery architecture, focusing on Business Applications, Power Platform, Azure, and Modern Workplace technologies. The successful candidate will support the Head of Business Applications in strategic initiatives, ensuring the delivery of world-class services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business and technical needs. Deliver solutions that consistently exceed expectations and drive value.
- Technical Excellence: Maintain expertise in Business Applications and related technologies. Ensure high-quality project deliverables and uphold technical and implementation governance standards.
- Project Governance: Architect, implement, and maintain Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) frameworks. Collaborate with Project Managers and Account Managers to ensure project success and identify new engagement opportunities.
- Team Support: Act as a role model by sharing best practices, coaching, and mentoring team members. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and thought leadership.
- Company Development: Contribute to strategic initiatives, driving innovation and supporting the company's growth objectives.
Skills and Qualifications:
- An expert in the Business Applications suite – able to demonstrate successfully leading scores of implementations of various tailored solutions with positive customer outcomes. This should include all core 1st party applications with complex migration and integration implementations across Azure and other technologies.
- Expert knowledge of Power Platform components, their capabilities, and their application in the technical landscape
- Proven knowledge and experience implementing and maintaining ALM best practice and technical governance.
- Familiarity and implementation experience using Success by Design and Catalyst frameworks.
- Solid understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies as well as Organisation Change Management frameworks such as Prosci.
- Expert facilitator in business mapping, requirement gathering, blueprinting and evangelisation sessions with stakeholders.
- Demonstratable business, commercial, project and technical acumen in combination to deliver high quality solutions, based on accurate estimates and plans, to further enhance value to all stakeholders.
- A passionate leader, able to drive and organise their team to provide the most effective outcome for all engagements.
