Who we are

What you'll do
- Oversee daily settlement of Coins.ph on-chain transactions (deposits and withdrawals) - which includes transaction processing, service monitoring, and incident reporting and handling
- Monitor and analyze weekly KPIs, identify gaps and points for improvement, and implement strategies to provide excellent customer experience
- Coordinate with the relevant teams should any crypto deposit/withdrawal issues arise
- Assist the Customer Experience team in handling and resolving escalated crypto deposit/withdrawal concerns and issues
- Able to follow and understand the latest developments in the cryptocurrency space
- Perform other related duties and ad hoc tasks as may be required from time-to-time
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Amenable to work on weekends and holidays
- Amendable to work on mid-shift or night shift
- Internship or work experience in Operations, Clearing & Settlement, or Reconciliation at a digital asset firm or financial institution is a plus
- Graduate of Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Operations Management, or equivalent
- Interest in Web3 and with basic crypto knowledge
- Passionate about building long-lasting customer relationships and optimizing processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino
- Strong analytical skills and knowledgeable in Google Suite programs
- Highly-flexible, able to wear multiple hats, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment
- Thinks fast under pressure and solves problems on the go without being overwhelmed
- Trustworthy and able to protect confidential information with discretion
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work quickly without supervision
