Summary
Responsible for assisting in the completion of creative design, marketing, advertising, and collateral projects. Develop standard formats, layouts, charts, graphs, icons, and related marketing information from concept through completion. May serve as a liaison between internal customers and external vendors.
Essential Functions

Produces marketing and collateral materials, including catalogs, guides, tabloids, wraps, direct marketing, brochures, postcards, tradeshow graphics, sales support materials, web banners, landing pages, and email blasts.

Assists in completing projects. Supports files and follows critical deadlines to ensure the timely delivery of all projects.

Adheres to department workflow policies for all projects. Efficiently handles and names publication files for use by the print and e-Business design teams.

Manipulates and retouches digital photography, including photo composites, color corrections, and visual design treatments in support of design projects and the Imaging team.

Partners with merchandising, marketing, sales, and other associates to maintain communication and exchange important information on products, services, and procedures.

May work with vendors and outside services to provide additional creative or technical support to supplement printed and web-based promotional materials.

Education & Experience

High School or equivalent
-
6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or completed design coursework.

Familiarity with the 4-color printing process, pre-flighting files, and creating print-ready PDFs is required
Skills & Competencies

Bilingual experience preferred but not required (English/Spanish)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Interpersonal skills to develop and maintain professional working relationships with builders, vendors, and co-workers

Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and supervisors in a professional and courteous manner
