What is the key purpose of an Emerging Growth Advertisers Account Manager?
As an Emerging Growth Advertisers Account Manager:, you’ll work closely with our self-serve advertisers to drive revenue growth, optimize campaigns, and ensure client success. You’ll provide tailored, data-driven solutions, build strong relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to maximize value for our clients. What skills and qualifications do I need?
For this role, it is essential that you have:
- 3+ years of client-facing experience in digital media, specifically in advertising account management.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas in native English.
- Strong relationship management and customer service skills.
- Experience with native or display advertising platforms (preferred).
- Analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights and campaign recommendations.
It would be great if you also have:
- Experience in upselling, cross-selling, and driving feature adoption at scale.
- Familiarity with digital tools, dashboards, and analytics platforms.
What will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?
As an Emerging Growth Advertisers Account Manager, you will:
- Understand clients' marketing objectives and provide tailored, data-driven solutions to meet their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and success.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Support teams to drive revenue growth and enhance the customer experience.

- Provide proactive insights and recommendations to help clients reach their advertising goals.
