What is the key purpose of an Ad Operations Team Leader?
As an Ad Operations Team Leader working with the Ad Operations team in our [Location] office, you will be responsible for leading a team of ad operations specialists, ensuring smooth execution of advertising campaigns, and optimizing processes to drive efficiency. You will leverage your expertise in digital advertising technologies to support team success, streamline workflows, and foster a collaborative work environment.
What skills and qualifications do I need?
For this role, it is essential that you have:

5+ years of overall corporate experience
-
At least 3 years of experience in digital advertising, ad operations, or campaign management

At least 1 year of experience managing a team

Experience working on platforms such as DV360, Taboola Ads, or similar

Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge, with basic SQL knowledge preferred

Proficiency in Excel and ability to create Salesforce reports for analysis
It would be great if you also have:

Experience creating impactful presentations and effectively delivering key messages to stakeholders

A background in programmatic advertising and ad tech trends
What will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?
As an Ad Operations Team Leader, you will:

Oversee and manage a team of ad operations specialists, providing training, guidance, and support

Assess team performance, conduct regular feedback sessions, and implement training programs to enhance skills

Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement within the ad operations workflow

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging advertising platforms, and new technologies to drive innovation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, marketing, analytics, and customer support, to ensure smooth campaign execution

Lead by example, contributing hands-on to the team’s success when needed
