Requires a minimum of 12 years of experience in risk management at a FinTech company, familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, and strong communication and collaboration skills.

The Enterprise Risk Manager will oversee the implementation of the enterprise risk management framework, identify and mitigate risks within the Fintech line of business, manage risk registers, and ensure compliance with risk management processes. This role also includes the development of risk metrics, conducting risk assessments, and providing advisory support on risk strategies.

The Senior Manager of Model Risk will oversee the model risk management program, ensuring compliance and validation of predictive and financial models. Responsibilities include governance documentation, establishing model standards, conducting model validation reviews, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and reporting on model risk issues to leadership.

The Manager of Regulatory/Compliance Inquiries & Exams at Toast will enhance the compliance management process, oversee regulatory audits and inquiries, and provide consultative guidance on management issues. The role requires building relationships with regulators and facilitating external review processes, while also monitoring and reporting on compliance status and managing internal stakeholder communications.
