As our new Workday Specialist, you will be part of a fantastic team that works with our HR system, Workday. You will also work closely with HR and the different Business Units within the group. We strive to deliver high quality HR services, and we are continuously working to optimize our processes, systems and the way we work.Being part of our team, you will work to understand our customers’ needs and then design solutions – configure, test, and continuously create and ship products that bring the most value to our users. You will fit into our team if you are passionate about digitalization, an informal team player with vested interest in both technology and people, are efficient, organized and enjoy a good laugh!
Who you are:
- You have at least 3 years of relevant experience, and more experience is welcome
- You feel confident working in English
- You are tech savvy and enjoy developing your technical skills – knowledge of Workday is a requirement
- You are self-driven and take responsibility for your tasks while focusing on the success of the team as a whole
- You are enthusiastic and empathetic, an excellent communicator and collaborator who can work with and through others
- You are creative and know how to discover and solve business problems using data & insights
- Possibly a degree within a scientific, human resources or business-related discipline
Your key responsibilities:
- Administrator of Workday and driver of best practices – keep up to date with new releases, identify, initiate and implement optimizations within our processes – we may initiate with a functional scope, but this may be fluid and change over time
- Drive innovation from idea to delivered solution, founded in solid understanding of customers’ needs
- Configure the system, from minor adjustments to larger change requests and improvements
- Conduct diverse testing – regression, smoke, functionality/unit, E2E/integration, etc
- Stakeholder management – align with business/local HR regarding processes and configuration
- Work with our tech teams to solve complex technical problems and integration questions
- Professional sparring with colleagues and problem solving
- System training to HR/organization and 2nd line support when needed
- Participate in projects, such as roll out Absences for new countries in the network, or revamp the Recruiting process, or redesign the foundation data model
