Job Description
Purpose:
Join Nemera as our Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager and lead our talent acquisition efforts at our vibrant site in Szczecin, Poland! Your mission? Ensure an amazing candidate experience for everyone, both inside and outside our organization. You'll manage a small team (comprising 20-30% of your role) and work closely with our leadership team and stakeholders to meet and refine hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
- Lead Recruitment: You'll own the recruitment process, creating strategies to attract top talent that aligns with Nemera’s People Strategy. Collaborate with on-site contacts to understand hiring needs and manage workflow and processes in our ATS, ensuring the technology is functioning effectively.
- Promote Nemera: Spread the word about our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) both internally and externally. Advertise open positions and make sure everyone knows about the fantastic opportunities at Nemera.
- Build Relationships: Connect with hiring managers, peers, HR partners, and external staffing allies. Manage candidate applications, negotiate compensation, and handle administrative tasks when necessary.
- Reporting: Ensure accurate and up-to-date reporting to support quick and informed decision-making. Communicate ongoing performance metrics of the recruiting function.
- Team Management: Oversee HR processes for your team, including goal setting, performance evaluations, salary reviews, and skills development. Implement Nemera's Leadership Model to foster a positive environment, develop team members, and stimulate performance.
Qualifications
Position Requirements:
- A recruitment expert with significant experience in talent acquisition, ideally in an international context.
- A candidate with team management experience, able to delegate, motivate, and grow a team.
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in human resources, Labor Psychology, or a related field.
- Fluent in both English and Polish.
- Knowledgeable about employment laws, regulations, and recruitment processes.
- Experienced with ATS, particularly SmartRecruiters, and tech-savvy to optimize processes and tools.
- Flexible, adaptable, and capable of making a big impact. A customer service superstar!
