Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Workday Project Management Office (PMO) Lead to provide support for the Workday practice. This role requires a proactive individual with strong project management skills who can effectively ensure all operational and project management initiatives are executed smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

Provide Engagement Management support for initial and/or Phase X implementations, ensuring all deliverables and timelines are met.

Serve as the Lead Workday Engagement Manager for AMS (Application Managed Services) accounts

Ensure weekly hours are reported accurately and submitted on time across all accounts, coordinating with the relevant stakeholders

Assist with Resource Management Office activities to support business growth and operational efficiency

Complete all pre-hire activities for new hires, including preparing onboarding schedules, sending invites, submitting certification transfer or registration requests, etc.

Act as the Workday project onboarding point of contact and take ownership of PM and Executive sponsor role assignments, project set-up, resource plan setup, and resource forecast setup

Manage Workday certifications for all consultants within the Workday Practice (Process certification transfers and/or registration requests, track status, and ensure updates are completed timely for R1/R2 certifications.

Reconcile Workday invoices with independent consultant hours and invoices within the internal systems

Set up new projects in Smartsheet, JIRA, and SharePoint, ensuring all necessary resources and tasks are aligned

Add resources to projects and track time billed for accuracy

Conduct monthly reviews to ensure accuracy of time entered and billed for Schedule A projects, and resolve any variances

Manage forecasting for entire project teams and make adjustments, as needed, to ensure accuracy

Monitor and report on forecast vs actuals, both on an individual and team level, to ensure alignment with project goals

Review Salesforce reports for probable and commit opportunities and adjust forecasting as needed

Review invoicing processes and templates and make revisions as needed to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Experience and Education Requirements:

Workday Partner PM/EM certification required and must remain in active status throughout employment at ERPA.

3+ years of Workday PMO experience is required

Demonstrated ability to work on multiple engagements and deliver projects on time with limited supervision

Experience using Workday, Smartsheet, JIRA, and SharePoint or similar project management tools

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on process improvement.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience with invoicing reconciliation, forecasting, and reporting is required
