This position is responsible for system configuration, report and dashboard creation, implementing updates and enhancements, ensuring data quality and change management. This position will collaborate closely with the business to drive user adoption, optimize system functionality and support the ongoing growth and success of the organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in enhancing our HRIS capabilities and contributing to overall business strategy.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY PERFORMANCE OUTCOMES
- Responsible for configuration across the application while also providing end user daily support with regard to issue resolution, data integrity, training, new feature implementation and adoption.
- Consult with HR and other areas of the business to understand business needs and develop Workday solutions to address them.
- Identify opportunities for process automation, standardization, and efficiency improvements, driving the optimization of HRIS related operations.
- Lead full cycle system activities when making changes to the system including research, design, test, training, change management and communication.
- Create and modify meaningful reports in Workday, providing dashboard and analytics to help the business make decisions and monitor key performance indicators.
- Participate in the review, testing and implementation of Workday updates. Understand the new features and how they will impact Workday users.
- Maintain up to date documentation and controls to quickly respond to audit requests.
- Execute and validate EIB data loads ensuring accurate data mapping.
- Attend Workday events and meetings to stay abreast of technology changes and advancements.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Required (quantifiable from resume/application):
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Information System and Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
- 5+ years Workday configuration and reporting experience.
- Strong Workday system configuration experience across multiple modules of Workday including but not limited to business process design, notifications, condition rules and calc fields, report writing, dashboard creation, questionnaire and survey creation, troubleshooting, EIB loads, supporting annual processes, etc.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with advanced skills in Excel.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization, including technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience implementing, using and supporting add on features for Workday is highly valued but not required.
- Experience with technical writing and creation of training reference materials. As well as facilitating training and knowledge transfer.
- Experience managing projects of all sizes and in various areas of Workday.
- Proven ability to problem solve, think critically and understand the big picture when working with requests, issues, projects, etc.
- Able to learn quickly, be resourceful and think critically with minimal direction.
- Passion for continuous improvement.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to effectively handle and maintain confidential information.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multi-task multiple projects/issues.
***The US base salary range for this full-time position is:
$82,944.00 - $124,416.00
